How you get paid

  • Paid up front

    A booking is only confirmed once the customer has paid.

  • Paid within 72 hours

    After you mark it done. On Scale, straight away.

  • Less for repeat customers

    10% when a customer books you again (5% on Scale).

  • Sent to your debit card within minutes, and we pay the fee. Where Stripe can’t pay instantly, it goes to your bank as usual.

  • A Call button on your profile, with no connection fee.

What is Taskovery Partner?

Taskovery’s app for contractors, tradespeople and local service businesses. Reply to jobs near you, get booked and get paid. You set your prices.

How do I join or log in to Taskovery Partner?

Join Taskovery Partner free, or log in to the Partner portal on any phone or computer.

Where is Taskovery Partner available?

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. You are paid in your own currency. Work varies by trade and area and isn’t guaranteed.

How much does Taskovery cost?

Joining and replying are free. We keep 15% of a paid booking (10% for repeat customers), or 10% and 5% on Scale. Nothing if you aren’t booked.

How do I choose which jobs I see?

Pick your trades, your suburb and how far you’ll travel. You only hear about jobs that match.

Do customers get my phone number?

On Scale they can call you from your profile. On Starter they message you. Once a customer picks you, you both see each other’s number.

What if a booking is cancelled?

If the customer cancels, they get a refund less a 3.5% fee. If you cancel, they get it all back. Partners who cancel often are reviewed.

How do reviews work?

Only customers whose job you finished can review you, and you can reply to every review.
