Monthly prize draw: official rules
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor is Trustlane LLC, 1001 S North Main Street, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA, trading as Taskovery (“Taskovery”, “we”). Questions: help@taskovery.com.
2. Who can enter
Legal residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia), Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand who hold a Taskovery customer account and have reached the age of majority where they live. US entrants must be at least 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The expansion to Canada, the UK, Ireland and Australia applies only to entries made on or after this updated version of the rules is published; earlier entries remain subject to the rules that applied when entered.
Not open to Taskovery partners (contractors and taskers with a Taskovery Partner account), or to the sponsor's employees, directors and contractors and members of their immediate families or households. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Draw periods
The draw runs monthly. Each draw period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on its last day. The first period starts on 19 October 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on 31 October 2026; it is drawn in the same way as every later month. The draw continues from month to month until we announce on this page that it is ending; entries already received for a period still count in that period's draw.
4. How to enter
There are two ways to enter, and every entry has the same chance:
- Get a job done. When a job you posted on Taskovery is marked complete during a draw period, you receive one entry in that period's draw, automatically. You can receive up to 5 entries a period this way. A job where you and the pro are the same person, or that we reasonably believe was not a genuine job, does not earn an entry. You do not need to leave a review to receive an entry, and no entry depends on what a review says.
- Enter free. Sign in to a Taskovery customer account (creating one is free) and choose Enter free on the Prize draw page in the Taskovery app or at taskovery.com/app. One free entry per person per draw period. No job, payment or hire is needed.
Your entries for the current period are shown on the Prize draw page. Entries made with more than one account per person, or by any automated means, are void.
For entrants in Canada, a selected winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before receiving a prize. Other country-specific requirements may apply where local law requires them.
5. Prizes
Each draw period has four prizes:
- One grand prize, winner's choice: an Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max, 256 GB, or a cash alternative equal to the phone's approximate local retail value. Current approximate values: US$1,299; CA$1,899; £1,299; €1,639; A$2,299; or NZ$2,749, depending on the winner's country.
- Three digital gift cards: each worth 50 in the winner's local currency (US$50, CA$50, £50, €50, A$50 or NZ$50, as applicable), chosen by the sponsor.
Total approximate retail value per period varies by country: up to US$1,449, CA$2,049, £1,449, €1,789, A$2,449 or NZ$2,899. One prize per person per period. The winner of the grand prize may choose either the phone or the cash alternative during the prize-claim process; a cash alternative is paid in the winner's local currency after eligibility is confirmed. Phone colour is at the sponsor's choice. Prizes are given as they are, with the manufacturer's warranty only. If a prize becomes unavailable, the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
6. How winners are chosen
Within 14 days after a period ends, the sponsor draws the winners at random from all eligible entries received for that period: first the iPhone, then each gift card. Each entry is one chance. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Telling winners, and claiming a prize
We contact winners by email and in the Taskovery app within 7 days of the draw. A winner must reply within 14 days and may be asked to confirm their eligibility in a signed declaration and liability release. Canadian winners must correctly answer the skill-testing question. A United States winner of a prize worth US$600 or more must provide a taxpayer identification number so we can issue IRS Form 1099. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is not eligible or does not meet these rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries for that period. Prizes, including cash alternatives, are delivered or paid using a method agreed with the winner, usually within 6 weeks of verification.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
9. Conditions
By entering you agree to these rules and to the sponsor's decisions, which are final. The sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses more than one account, or breaks these rules or Taskovery's terms of use. If the draw cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the sponsor's control, the sponsor may change, suspend or end it and draw from the eligible entries received up to that point.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or incomplete, for technical failures, or for injury or loss from accepting or using a prize. Nothing in these rules takes away rights you have under the law where you live, including, in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
11. Your information
We use entry information to run the draw, contact winners and meet our legal obligations, as our privacy policy describes. With a winner's permission we may publish their first name and town or city. For a list of a period's winners, email help@taskovery.com within 60 days of the draw.
12. Apple
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this prize draw in any way. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
13. Governing law
These rules are subject to applicable laws in the entrant's country and, where relevant, state, province or territory. For entrants in the United States, Montana law applies, without limiting consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these rules removes non-excludable rights or protections where the entrant lives.
