Check the business.
Confirm the business name, who will do the work, and the licences and insurance required for your job. A verification badge only describes the specific check shown.
Make an informed choice.
Taskovery is a directory of paid business advertisements. A listing helps you discover a business; it does not certify their work or guarantee the result.
Look beyond the advertisement.
Agree it in writing.
Ask for a clear scope, total price, materials, timeline and cancellation terms. Keep messages, quotes and receipts.
Pay with care.
You pay the contractor directly. Taskovery does not hold job payments or provide payment protection. Verify unexpected links and bank-detail changes directly with the business.
Something doesn’t look right?
Report misleading advertisements, impersonation or safety concerns. We can review an advertisement or account, but cannot reverse a payment made directly to a contractor. Your statutory rights still apply.
